Communication and Technology Transfer Center Lawyer Milda Žaliauskaitė has recently been a part of business mission delegation to Japan. To strengthen Lithuanian and Japanese business relations Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Saulius Skvernelis has accompanied the delegation.
On the occasion of the visit of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania the ambassador of the Republic of Lithuania Gediminas Varvelis invited members of business delegation to official reception to celebrate the Centenary of Restoration of the State of Lithuania.
Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Japan together with Japan External Trade Organization JETRO organized special business forum for delegation members to present their products/services and to participate in B2B meetings. This was a great opportunity for M. Zaliauskaite to represent Aleksandras Stulginskis university and offer its innovations, open access laboratories and services to Japanese companies.
Zaliauskaiste has also participated in two significant exhibitions: Asia’s premier partnering event for the global biotechnology industry “BioJapan” and exhibition “AGRIWorld” that consisted of 4 shows related to agricultural material & technology, next generation agriculture, farmer’s processing & sales support, livestock supply & equipment. This year’s “BioJapan” has attracted 1100 organizations from over 34 countries and more than 16 000 visitors in three days. On the other hand, more than 40 000 visitors have visited exhibition “AGRIWorld” affirming its success.
This business trip was a great success for CTTC lawyer as valuable relations were created with not only Japanese but also other countries’ representatives. This was a great opportunity to promote Aleksandras Stulginskis university’s products, services and mission.
